In case of franchise does not respond to the customer then customer may contact to admin on their email and write concern briefly.
If card amount is not paid with in 7-10 days after creating the Card ID then card will be automatically removed from server and the data will be erased/deleted.

in case paid to franchise the customer needs to contact franchisee only for refund or cancellation. We can not help for refund in that case.
Wallet balance in franchisee is not refundable/non transferable. you can use it to create card only.
For white label franchisee there is no refund available.
In white label franchisee if any amount is pending after website is live and its not paid under given date then account might be on hold.

Ads available on this website will appear on your card and home page.
